The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Unit Head IG/HAE to lead our commercial operations in Spain as part of the Iberian Cluster Leadership Team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving commercial excellence, delivering ambitious growth targets, and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across the organization.
In this role, you will shape and execute commercial strategies, lead successful product launches, and build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. As Business Unit Head IG/HAE Spain, you will be accountable for the overall commercial performance of the business unit. You will lead a high-performing team, oversee sales and marketing strategies, and ensure alignment with Iberian and general priorities.
You will report to the General Manager and serve as a key member of the Iberian Country Leadership Team, contributing to cluster strategy and organizational success.
The Role
Drive sales performance across key brands, ensuring achievement of revenue, market share, and volume targets
Own and manage the commercial P&L;, ensuring strong financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, and ROI optimization
Lead annual budgeting and long-term planning (MTP) and monitor performance with proactive corrective actions
Develop and execute the local commercial strategy across sales, marketing, key account management, pricing, and contracting
Ensure excellence in product launches, including readiness, execution, and market uptake
Contribute to global and regional brand planning processes
Lead brand strategy and lifecycle management, including brands in Loss of Exclusivity (LoE)
