SEARGIN IS HIRING!! Solution IT expert role will work within the Product Sustainability & Compliance team of the Technical Operations, Quality Assurance product line. This position includes the following tasks and responsibilities, with a main focus on SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM), and SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions.
Requirements - Must Have
Very good application knowledge in SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM), and/or SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions.
More than 2 years of professional IT experience in the relevant SAP modules mentioned above.
Participation in at least 1 SAP implementation project (full cycle).
Experience in EHSM (Product Safety, Product Compliance) processes and regulatory context.
Good understanding of SAP material master.
Ability to contribute to alignment meetings and discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Advanced English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
Based in Europe or Canada.

Strong communication skills at various levels (end users, stakeholders, team leads) in an assertive and collaborative manner.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent team player, enjoys collaboration, knowledge sharing, and self-learning.
Special Requirements
Flexibility to travel approximately 10-15%, including outside of home country.
Working hours aligned with European office hours, with potential early morning or late afternoon shifts to interact with colleagues in California.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Supports solution design updates and impact analysis, including documentation of 'as-is' and 'to-be' architectures.
Acts as junior IT consultant to stakeholders like Product Owners and Product Managers, supporting technical process flows, requirements, and gap analysis.
Understands business processes and establishes links with technical teams responsible for application and product delivery.
Supports alignment to technology roadmaps and process optimization.
Assists in requirements gathering, translating user requirements into technical specifications, and developing solution components.
Works with external consultants and developers in various team configurations.
Develops business/technical knowledge, shares expertise, and supports project implementation and maintenance activities.
Supports testing, incident resolution, and change management processes.
