Every day, we manage medical cases for our policyholders who find themselves in unexpected situations while traveling, whether due to accidents or illnesses. Your expertise will help ensure they receive the care and support they need.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Dive into the analysis of live medical assistance cases to evaluate patients’ medical situations with precision.
- Collaborate with our integral AXA medical teams to orchestrate seamless evacuations and repatriations, ensuring our clients receive top-notch care wherever they are.
- Work closely with our operations teams to ensure all logistics run smoothly.
- Provide compassionate support and maintain telephone contact with patients and their families during their critical moments.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups with treating physicians or local correspondents to oversee the journey until repatriation.
- Analyze cases to uncover potential links with patients' medical histories, reviewing them against their policy terms and conditions.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A Certified Nurse Practitioner (DUE homologated) who is passionate about patient care.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in ICU, emergency, out-of-hospital settings, or similar.
- Proficiency in French and English with High Spanish level.
