Necomplus, part of Asecco South Eastern Europe Group is looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join Controlling team in Spain This is a brand new position, so you will have the opportunity to make an impact and develop own ideas.
* Participate in budgeting and forecasting process
* Input / import data into reporting systems, check and identify anomalies, track correction
* Calculate variances from the budget and participate in interpreting results
* Prepare ad-hoc reports to support decision making
* Participate in integrated financial reporting and delivery actuals data from ERP to group reporting system
* Coordinate with the Accounting setup of ERP system to assure consistency with Group requirements
* Prepare regular and non-regular analysis and explanations on request of Group Controlling
* Be part of Group Controlling organization, share experiences and cooperate with team of experienced Financial Controllers across SEE region
About you
Education :
Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
Language :
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience :
* 1-2 Years of relevant experience
* Planning, budgeting and cost control principles knowledge
* Knowledge of reporting structures including finance and accounting principles, budgeting and analysis
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Effectively plans and organizes activities
* Problem solving attitude
* Sets own goals, prioritizes work and delivers objectives
* Teamwork and Collaboration oriented
