You will apply your knowledge of InstallShield and PowerShell together with Intune SCCM and Flexera to create test sign and distribute packages across corporate devices.

How do we make this happen?
With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.
And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What You Will Bring
Strong experience building and customizing software packages using InstallShield and PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with packaging tools such as Flexera Admin Studio and package formats MSI MSIX Intunewin.
Experience deploying and managing software distribution via Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
Solid scripting and automation skills with PSADT PowerShell and Ansible plus experience with ServiceNow.
High level of English.
You will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and managing software packaging requests from start to finish, including registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support; coordinating with IT and business teams to define optimal solutions and prioritize tasks; creating, maintaining, and testing complex packages to ensure compatibility and compliance; automating processes, monitoring SLAs, providing third-level support, and documenting continuous improvements.
