The RoleWe are looking for a Recruiter with good knowledge of German to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team based in Sevilla.What You'll Do- Collaborate with operations leaders to understand their recruitment needs and required profiles.- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sources, such as database searches, social networks, job websites, and personal contacts.- Conduct initial and technical interviews to assess candidate suitability.- Evaluate and assess candidates to ensure an appropriate cultural and technical fit.- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide an excellent candidate experience.- Work closely with the Human Resources team to coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.- Provide regular reports on the status of recruitment processes to leadership teams.- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.What You'll Bring- Solid 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in operational environments within the EMEA region.- Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing methods. Effective interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates' skills and experience.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and company leaders. Results-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of recruitment regulations and privacy policies in the EMEA region.- Proficiency in using applicant tracking tools and systems (ATS)
