We are seeking a CRM Business Analyst with experience in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
The ideal candidate will have:
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferably MS Dynamics CE)
 * Excellent business analysis and project management skills, with familiarity with methodologies
 * Ability to analyze business structures, including integration between Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, and Post Sales
 * Experience in analytics, customer journey processes, and process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
 * Strong documentation management skills
 * Ability to align stakeholders on new technologies, strategies, and processes
 * Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions
 * Capability to discover and implement new requirements into future designs
 * Proficiency in writing detailed user stories for development teams
 * Supportive skills for CRM IT project planning, agile backlog management, and testing phases
 * Experience in capturing enhancement requirements from support cases and creating user stories
This role requires the ability to streamline processes and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
