We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Representative in Switzerland to join our BDR team and help us expand into the Swiss market.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for potential Swiss clients.
Reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Identify their need for an EOR solution and uncover key pain points.
Spark interest in our platform and guide them toward a virtual walkthrough.
Schedule demos for our Account Executives.
Qualifications
Native, native‑like, or fluent Swiss German (Standard German alone is not sufficient) and fluent English.
At least one year of experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative.
At least one year of experience working remotely or in a distributed team.
Cold‑calling & outbound experience: Comfortable making at least 100 calls per day and achieving outbound sales goals.
Target‑ and KPI‑driven mindset, comfortable meeting quotas for calls, meetings booked, and calls made.
Self‑starter mentality: proactive, eager to try new approaches, learn quickly, and communicate openly.
Based within +/-2 hours of Central European Timezone.
