Main Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support (Level 1 & 2) to end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, thin clients), Windows and Linux operating systems and corporate applications
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 applications
- Handle user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, updates) in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 / Exchange
- Support meeting rooms (AV systems, Microsoft Teams, videoconferencing)
- Manage IT assets, peripherals, and stock
- Track and resolve incidents through the ticketing system
- Document issues and procedures following internal standards
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Collaborate with the IT team on continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Education:
- Intermediate or Higher Degree in IT Systems, Systems Administration, Computer Science or related field
Experience:
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in GxP / GMP regulated environments
- SAP Business One
- PowerShell
- Microsoft SQL Server administration
- Technical documentation and procedures
- Experience in regulated environments is a plus
Other requirements:
- Strong user-level experience in Windows environments
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, LAN), Microsoft 365
- Comfortable using remote support tools
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (especially in regulated environments)
- Good communication skills
- B2 English level
