* Operations Area onboarding plans & feedback programs, with direct follow‑up with people.
* Personnel budgets for companies in the group.
* General hirings.
* Training programs for the Operations Area.
* Operations productivity.
* Cost analytics.
* ILUO tables with Operations teams for follow‑up.
* Managers' evaluation: performance reviews, growth plans…
* Budget templates.
* Creation of statistical templates.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Controlling, Finance Controlling, or People Analytics, ideally within fast‑growing or multi‑entity organizations.
* Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and workforce planning.
* Advanced in Excel and experience with HR systems.
* Clear and concise communication, capable of presenting financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.
* Team‑player mindset, comfortable partnering with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
* Professional English is required, other languages are a plus.
