Discover the possibilities at Synack!The Account Manager serves as sales, business development, and renewals support for the Regional Account Executive, helping the team achieve success through quota attainment and customer retention.You will leverage your customer management, business and sales acumen, and technical skills to ensure you achieve the required customer renewal targets for your book of business. You will work closely with Customer Success and the Account Executive to manage and process renewals appropriately. Additionally, you will perform business development activities to build pipeline for the Regional team and work closely with the Account Executive to close new logos.The ideal candidate will have experience in the cybersecurity industry, a consultative approach to working with customer stakeholders, and a passion for sales and business development.Here’s what you’ll do :
Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the customer organizationDevelop technical proficiency related to use cases, technical landscape, and Synack solutionsPerform outreach to prospects and conduct discovery callsBuild and expand our enterprise pipeline with an emphasis on new logosProspect into new and existing client bases to discover opportunities and upsellFacilitate technical conversations and overcome objections with technical stakeholdersWork cross-functionally with internal teams to advance the selling effortCollaborate with the marketing team and the Account Executive to plan industry and partner eventsKeep accurate records of sales activity and pipeline forecasts in SFDC and ClariHere’s what you’ll need :
At least 3-5 years of junior account management and/or Business Development experience in the Cybersecurity or Technology IndustryKnowledge of information security;
general awareness of best practices, security risk management, and industry trendsAbility to identify leads within the install base and help grow existing customersCustomer-first mindset and advocacyAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively across functionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in in-person and virtual presentationsReady to join us?Synack is committed to embracing diversity.
