The Role
The Miravia Risk team is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Risk Governance Manager to build and lead our risk governance framework. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping the company's approach to regulatory compliance, internal policy, and platform integrity.
We are now looking for a Seller Operations Manager to lead our unmanaged seller operations and drive growth across the Spanish market.

Experience
3+ years in e‑commerce or marketplace operations
Your Impact
Lead end‑to‑end operations for unmanaged sellers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction with excellent project‑management skills.
Analyze market trends and seller performance data to design and execute high‑impact operational strategies.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Tech, CX) to resolve pain points and enhance the end‑to‑end seller journey.
Build trusted relationships with sellers through regular engagement, training, and hands‑on guidance to improve platform adoption and sales performance.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, turning insights into actionable feedback for continuous improvement of platform features and services.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Proven experience in e‑commerce, marketplace, or internet company environments — deep understanding of platform dynamics preferred. xpzdshu
