* Advise sales stakeholders on the availability and use of relevant pieces from our sales toolkits.* Work with central marketing teams to localise the toolkit when needed.* Plan, schedule and deploy specific elements of the toolkit in the local market (articles, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, web page updates).* Copy edit market material deployed in Spanish language* **Proprietary and third-party events**: Create a cohesive event strategy in partnership with sales stakeholders. Work with external vendors to ensure best-in-class participation at third-party conferences and fairs. Organise Capital Group hosted events across Spain and broader region in collaboration with event agency if appropriate* **Central and regional campaigns**: Local implementation of centrally created advertising campaigns. Work with media buying agency to define media plan and add local insights to meet our KPIs. Partner with Campaigns team to ensure that all deliverables are produced on time and to the highest possible quality* **Local campaigns**: Design, build and implement local campaigns. Work with FIT & IB Sales and Marketing stakeholders to gain agreement and input into local campaigns* **Localisation of content**: Be the point person for regional translations and ensure high quality of marketing collateral in local language. Actively participate in process to use AI for translations* **Content distribution**: define segment specific content distribution across channels incl. content platforms, newsletters, social media, etc.* **PR**: Define and execute local PR strategy in collaboration with PR team and local PR agency. Bring in local business view and share planned marketing activities* **Analytics**: Coordinate and monitor the tracking of predefined local program metrics. The individual will use this data to create insights and recommendations for other Marketing teams and local sales stakeholders* **Campaigns with distribution partners**: If relevant develop joint Go-To-Market plans with local distribution partners that target increased distribution of Capital Group funds* 5+ years marketing experience of working within the financial industry in Spain. Experience of broader Iberian region would be beneficial but not mandatory.* Strong skills ideally across the full marketing mix including: + Strategic marketing - ability to develop country marketing plan and campaigns + PR – experience of working with PR agencies and/or local media + Events – experience selecting, budgeting for and project managing events incl. on-site management + Advertising – digital & print + Email marketing + Website maintenance + Content creation / thought leadership* Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish – Native Spanish speaker preferred* Strong business analysis skills* High levels of energy and commitment* High level knowledge of Marketing processes and tools* The ability to coordinate and project manage delivery of key initiatives* The ability to interface with internal and external sales channels, understand their feedback and develop tools and content to address their needs* Skilled at interpersonal communications and building strong working relationships* Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise effectively### Our compensation package is top tier.
