WHAT YOU DO
* Inspire and guide customers on emerging technologies such as cloud, Infrastructure as Code, Git, and DevOps.
* Create, plan, and develop architectures for both legacy and new solutions.
* Manage and deploy a large fleet of systems in the cloud.
* Join the global 3rd level support team to resolve complex issues.
WHO YOU ARE
* You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields, or have equivalent work experience.
* At least 3 years of experience in IT, bringing fresh perspectives to our team.
* Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
* Experience with virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) or IaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnosing skills.
* Solid understanding of IPs and ports.
* Interest in cutting-edge technologies like Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Serverless, HashiCorp Vault.
* Customer-focused, maintaining excellent service levels and engaging professionally.
* Interpersonal, fair, self-organized, and structured work approach.
* English proficiency is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
