We are looking for an experiencedOffshoreClient Representative Surveyto represent the Client during offshore survey campaigns related to submarine power cable assets.The role will consist of supervising onboard survey operations, monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with procedures and HSE standards, and issuing clear operational reports throughout the campaign.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Client Representative onboard survey vesselsSupervise offshore survey activities including inspections, burial assessments, free-span checks, route verification, and integrity surveysMonitor contractor performance and compliance with approved proceduresVerify survey equipment performance and data qualityRecord anomalies such as cable exposure, debris, boulders, and seabed changesPrepare Daily Progress Reports, weekly/monthly summaries, and final reportsCompare survey results with previous as-built / as-laid documentationLiaise with Client teams, vessel management, HSE, and survey contractor personnelReport any HSE incidents or operational concerns immediatelyCandidate ProfileMinimum10 years of experiencein offshore surveys, subsea cable projects, or marine operationsStrong experience in submarine cable routing, burial, and survey supervisionPrevious experience as Offshore / Client Representative onboard vesselsStrong reporting and communication skillsAbility to work in offshore environments under operational pressureCertificationsValid offshore medicalBOSIET / FOET or equivalentLanguagesEnglish – FluentSpanish – Preferred
