Main Responsibilities:
* Provide technical guidance and support for personal computing and printing products
* Assist sales teams and address customer inquiries
* Explain product benefits and regulations
* Conduct training sessions for other departments on systems/ products and solutions
* Manage technical issues and collaborate with various resources
* Maintain high-quality customer service and competence in technical skills
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science; or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years of work experience in computer and printing technologies, including hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
* Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, organization, teamwork, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
* Highly tech-savvy, with a strong desire to learn and the ability to work autonomously
* Very good communication skills
