We are currently looking for a talented **Wholesale Business Controller** to join our **Finance** Team.
**Role & responsibilities**:
- Establish wholesale commercial control, participating in the process of monthly closings, budget management and deviations.
- Sales Analysis & Business Reporting and Insights: performance across activity, orders, cancellations, invoicing, customers, and brands to identify growth opportunities and follow up on action plans.
- Support management in defining the commercial team's incentive schemes, including calculation of performance-based commission and bonuses and clear communication of target achievement to sales agents.
- Commercial Team support on the different showrooms and fairs during the year: establish the necessary tools to monitor performance, define objectives in collaboration with the commercial team, and ensure regular follow-up on results.
- Strategic Projects: Provide ad hoc analysis and long-term financial insights to support key business initiatives.
- Providing a solid financial analysis of cases for new business opportunities that exist internationally.
- Proactively contribute to maintaining and improving a robust and rigorous internal control environment.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a Big4 accounting or consulting firm or focused in business analysis roles from similar industries.
- Degree in Finance/BA/Economics plus a master’s degree desirable.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint. PowerBI will be a plus.
- Business level in Spanish and English.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with capacity to convince more than tell.
- Strong commercial acumen, hands-on approach.
- Understanding of B2B business a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure towards meeting deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
