Position Snapshot

* Location: Barcelona

The role

In this position, you will be responsible for the execution, adaptation and delivery of product roadmap for a specific set of applications within HR Core & Automation product team. Focus will be managing the complete lifecycle of applications considering both sustain and evolution aspects, integration, data management and standards while meeting business requirements of availability, scalability, performance, agility, compliance, and cost.


What you’ll do

* Delivers value to Nestlé allowing digitalization and evolving employee expectations while managing their lifecycle data at Nestlé, with accuracy, reliability and simplicity.
* Arbitrate best fit application enhancements and evolutions while tackling business problem statements.
* Assess application business and security impacts, keep updated and deliver security action plans and enhancements.
* Adopt DevSecOps model for the managed applications and plan actions to fill knowledge gaps where detected.
* Be responsible for applications in scope, from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the apps, including value delivery model. Participate in external vendor technical roadmap sessions. Ensure Nestlé requirements are met through vendors’ long-term roadmaps.
* Run user community engagement initiatives and seek for continuous application related feedbacks.
* Keep high standards in application delivery objectives and comply with broader IT mission statement.

Minimum qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years’ experience in IS/IT (e.g. Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, etc.).
* Extensive experience in Application Development Lifecyle.
* Strong experience in HR IT technologies with a focus on SuccessFactors, SAP PY, Integrations to other systems.
* Deep understanding of API’s & integrations, consumer research and UI/UX.
* Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proven track record of implementing DevSecOps in IT Products.
