NoOffer DescriptionThe PhD researcher will work on the project "Contextualized Multi-Intervention Strategies to Break the Vicious Cycle of Intimate Partner Violence (BREAKINGTHECYCLE)", led by Prof. Jorge Rodríguez Menés and Dr. Martí Rovira. Intimate partner violence (IPV) is the most prevalent form of violence against women and is characterized by high levels of recidivism, underscoring the limited effectiveness of existing criminal justice responses. This project evaluates the impact of penal and rehabilitative interventions on desistance from IPV, conceptualizing reintegration as a multidimensional process that extends beyond criminal outcomes to include employment and health trajectories.
