We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Challenger to join the CTO Team within the COO.
The Challenger will work from leadership level to squad level to boost team performance, ensuring cross-tribe standardisation of People’s Development and engagement practices.
Your key responsibilities :
1. Challenge tribe leaders to develop and elevate team performance in alignment with the bank's strategy.
2. Enhance value delivery by optimizing team workflows from ideas to backlog.
3. Support continuous improvement through coaching on people, transformation, and WoW agendas.
4. Assist leadership in talent and capability development: hiring, onboarding, OKRs, step-up processes, off-boarding, and capacity mapping.
5. Ensure engagement cycles are effective, helping teams and leaders perform at their best.
6. Upskill transformational competencies and enable Communities of Practice (CoPs).
7. Participate in leadership reflections on team setup and foster initiatives from the People’s team.
8. Contribute to the design of HR initiatives linked to tribe initiatives (Next Gen).
9. Implement transformational programs and productivity initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills
* Motivated to learn about transformation and innovation through hands-on experience.
* Proven experience in fostering continuous improvement within teams or squads.
* Knowledge of engagement practices.
* Experience leading Scrum/Kanban squads (desirable).
* Certifications in Scrum, Kanban, or Scaling Frameworks (desirable).
* Coaching certification (desirable).
* Familiarity with Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies (desirable).
Soft Skills
* High emotional intelligence to adapt roles (Teacher, Mentor, Facilitator, Coach, Change-Agent, or Domain Expert) based on team needs.
* Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Ability to add value at all organizational layers, especially management, considering HR, legal, Risks, Business, and IT.
* Influence key stakeholders effectively.
* Proactive, open, and courageous in actions.
* Strong personal productivity skills (GTD desirable).
* Knowledge of Retail, COO, and CIO domains (desirable).
