Experteer Overview In this role, you drive sales for Ethicon Wound Closure & Biosurgery in southern Spain, engaging surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will translate clinical data and health-economic value into compelling solutions, while supporting the surgical team and expanding our customer base. You’ll work cross-functionally to implement regional marketing and training initiatives, shaping how advanced wound closure technologies are used. based in Malaga - Support the surgical team during procedures - Use consultative selling to identify opportunities within accounts - Educate customers on Wound Closure and Biosurgery products with technical/clinical info and in-service training - Plan and execute training and product demonstrations - Present latest clinical data to health professionals during talks - Apply health economics mindset to demonstrate financial and clinical impact - Analyze wound closure and biosurgery market to optimize territory plans using company data - Maintain detailed activity records on a weekly basisResponsabilidades - University degree in natural sciences or neuroscience or equivalent experience - Highly motivated and target driven with proven sales track record - Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills - Ability to build productive professional relationships - Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills - Ability to tailor presentations to audience needs - Relationship management and openness to feedback - English intermediate, Spanish native - Experience in medical devices sales - Experience in surgical specialties (colorectal, hepatic, ortho, neuro, surgery) a plus - Experience with complex technical systems or critical patient care settingRequisitos principales -
