The Position:
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.
Your key responsibilities:
* Gather and relay customer feedback to the Product team.
* Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they maximize value from Isotrol products.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and how our products can support them.
* Follow up on accounts to maximize adoption and retention, acting as an expert advisor.
* Collect user feedback for product development.
* Identify new product opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.
* Analyze product usage to identify actions, success stories, and communicate customer satisfaction and risks.
* Possess extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.
Your skills and experience:
* Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and good communication skills in other languages.
* Experience working with electrical trading teams.

* Holidays: 22 days + 24th and 31st December when during the workweek.
* Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1st to August 31st.
