Now, we are seeking an International Controller for our International Finance Department who’ll create and analysis financial reports, budget tracking and development of management control tools.

Your responsibilities:
You will work directly with the members of the International Controlling Teams of the Europe Zone of ALTEN from our Barcelona office and reporting to the Head of Controlling based in Barcelona. You will be a participative person in close collaboration with the different team members as well as with various international contacts.
Your objectives:
- Analyze financial group reports (e.G., margin per project/resource, P&L;, headcount) and operational activity indicators (KPIs) for your perimeter.
- Acting as local controller at the beginning in order to learn about tools and business
- Monitor and ensure the quality of the production of your team.
- Assist your manager & the local CFOs of your perimeter
- Provide expertise to the controlling team of your companies, ensuring a proper implementation of core model processes.
- Management of 3-6 international controllers (depending on the profile)

Your qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent professional.
- You are advanced on Microsoft Excel.
- You are fluent in English.
- Detail and team oriented with excellent cross-functional team leadership and participation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment, with significant experience in management.
- 6-9 years experience in Controlling
