**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of Sales Manager, the resource will have the responsibility to:
- Implement sales strategy and manage sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results;
- Develop assigned sales areas (existing and new customers);
- Support the sales process by providing information and reports on sales target, analyzing market intelligence and sharing information to Sales Product Support and Portfolio Managers;
- Collaborate with internal departments to evaluate client requirements, while preparing commercial offers and defining, along with the Company, pricing, terms & conditions, negotiations and agreements;
- Promote customer’s satisfaction, accompany customer during visits at Volpak’s site.
**What you need to be successful**
- Degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical engineering or related;
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, and in Spanish. Another language will be considered as a plus;
- Availability to travel the 30% of time;
- Will complete the profile: ability to negotiate, manage conflicts, being result oriented and team player.
