YOUR ROLE
* Act as the first point of contact for German customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking.
* Support customers via phone and e-mail communication.
* Engage customers with expert knowledge of products and services.
* Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly and professional service.
* Collaborate as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team.
YOUR SKILLS
* Full proficiency in German and fluent English skills.
* Strong passion for service and enjoyment in assisting customers.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Previous experience working with MS Office.
* Willingness to work remotely from home, available Monday to Sunday.
