Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Developer for our Barcelona offices to join the Worldwide and Development department.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Manage lead generation activities, enhancing existing sources (LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other online marketing channels) and proactively seeking new ones.
* Present the MBE business opportunity to potential Master Franchisees and support negotiations to finalize franchising contracts.
* Negotiate and develop agreements with suppliers.
* Support the start-up operations of new Master Franchisees.
* Assist existing Master franchisees in developing and supporting their networks.
* Maintain MBE guidelines and strategies to uphold product and service standards.
* Organize and coordinate company events, international meetings, and conventions.
* Assist with translation and proofreading of materials in Brazilian Portuguese and occasionally serve as an interpreter during meetings.
Skills and experiences:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar, with strong academic performance.
* At least two years of relevant experience in sales, lead development, or related fields.
* International exposure (e.g., exchange or language programs) and internship experience in sales.
* Fluent in Spanish, English, and Brazilian Portuguese; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, ambitious, and capable of building relationships with internal and external partners.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and other business software.
* Advanced skills in MS Excel, with a strong ability to analyze data and solve problems.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Team-oriented with a people-driven attitude and ability to foster team spirit.
* Inquisitive, eager to learn and explore new areas.
