WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
\n
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or Program Manager
- Strong experience managing Customer Experience (CX) projects, Customer Experience Platforms, or customer journey initiatives
- Solid knowledge and experience in eCommerce / retail projects
- Experience with MarTech solutions, including CRM, marketing technology, marketing platforms, Salesforce, or Adobe
- Proven experience managing RFPs (Request for Proposal / tender / bid management / RFx) end-to-end, including coordination with external vendors
- Knowledge of compliance, including governance, data protection, GDPR, and audit-ready project documentation
- Experience working in multi-country environments and with international, cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING\n
- Lead and coordinate CX and digital commerce projects across multiple countries
- Manage RFPs from preparation to delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and governance standards
- Maintain project and RFP documentation in appropriate xugodme repositories (Confluence, SharePoint), including architecture approvals, financial records, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Apply best practices in project management, stakeholder communication, and agile methodologies
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and governance within CX, MarTech, and commerce projects
