As key member of the Limagrain Spain Management Committee, you will lead the commercial strategy and sales organization for our LG brand —a leading seed brand across Europe for Maize, Sunflower, OSR, Cereals, and more.
Based in Elorz (near Pamplona) and reporting to the Country Manager, you will define and implement the commercial strategy in Spain and Portugal, manage Regional Sales Managers, build strong customer relationships, and ensure delivery of financial objectives.
Build and execute the national commercial strategy: go‐to‐market, distribution, product positioning, commercial policy, negotiations with key accounts.
Prepare sales budgets and forecasts and ensure target achievement.
Lead and develop the Sales Team, promoting customer focus, efficiency, and performance culture.
Ensure strong implementation of CRM, KPIs, and sales processes.
Represent Limagrain within key agricultural networks in Spain.
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or similar.10+ years' experience in the agricultural sector, with at least 3–5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable.A key leadership role within a global agricultural group
