About the RoleTransPerfect is seeking a Vertical Marketing Manager to support and help shape the marketing strategy for our Media & Entertainment business, which includes services like dubbing, subtitling, VFX, accessibility, AI-driven localization, metadata enrichment, and production workflow automation.This role is ideal for someone with a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience. You’ll be responsible for running marketing initiatives that build awareness, generate demand, and support sales growth—while working closely with cross-functional teams across sales, product, and creative.You won’t be expected to do it all alone. This role is about balancing leadership and execution. You'll have access to team members within the media group, as well as central performance, web, design, sales support, and events internal agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & LeadershipHelp define and evolve go-to-market plans for media services, including messaging, positioning, target audiences, and market differentiationCollaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategiesManage marketing calendars, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationshipsCampaigns & Content ExecutionLead the planning and rollout of integrated campaigns across email, SEO/SEM, paid media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads), and socialDelegate and, often, execute, the writing and optimization of marketing content including emails, landing pages, pitch decks, case studies, blog posts, and social copyWork with design teams or agencies to develop campaign assets and creative deliverablesLead Generation & PerformanceCollaborate with performance marketing and sales to support lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline growthMonitor campaign KPIs and conversion performance, and recommend optimization strategiesStay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to inform campaign planningCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, product, and client teams to align messaging and prioritiesCoordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency and amplify key launches, wins, and announcementsSupport participation in key events, partnerships, or sponsorships relevant to the media industryBrand & StorytellingEnsure messaging reflects a cohesive brand voice and resonates with media professionals (e.g., studios, streamers, post houses)Contribute to customer storytelling efforts including testimonials, interviews, and use casesRequired Experience and Qualifications5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in media, entertainment, post-production, or localizationFamiliarity with media workflows (dubbing, VFX, subtitling, etc.) and industry terminologyExperience running marketing campaigns across digital channels with measurable impact on leads or pipelineStrong writing, editing, and content development skillsComfort managing timelines, budgets, and external vendors or partnersExperience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teamsData-driven mindset with the ability to report on and optimize marketing performanceBonus: Design or front-end experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Webflow)We OfferOwnership of marketing for one of TransPerfect’s most dynamic and creative business unitsThe opportunity to work across both professional services and technology solutionsA collaborative team with support from performance marketers, designers, and sales partnersThe chance to shape how major media brands localize, scale, and deliver their content globally
