As we continue to scale our operations across the EMEA region, we are looking for a driven and highly connected Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. /ppbr/ppThis role will play an integral role in leading our business development efforts in the European market and driving revenue growth. /ppbr/ppWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape and mobile in-app monetization. In this senior role, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new partnerships with premium mobile app developers, DSPs and CTV publishers across Europe. /ppYou will act as a trusted advisor to publishers Demand Partners, helping them navigate the complex programmatic ecosystem and optimize their ad revenue using our proprietary tech stack. /ppKey characteristics the business manager must possess ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, analytical, enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliDevelop and execute a strategic business development plan for the European market /liliPipeline Generation Closing: Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships with top-tier mobile app developers, gaming studios, DSPs and CTV publishers across the European market. /liliStrategic Pitching: Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our programmatic and in-app monetization solutions (e.g., Header Bidding, SDK integrations, OpenRTB, Mediation). /liliConsultative Sales: Act as a strategic consultant to publishers, analyzing their current monetization setups and offering tailored solutions to increase their yield and fill rates. /liliContract Negotiation: Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnership success. /liliCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management, AdOps, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and continuous optimization of new publisher accounts. /liliMarket Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, ATT), and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform product development. /liliIndustry Presence: Represent AlgoriX at major industry events, conferences (e.g., DMEXCO, Gamescom, App Growth Summit), and networking panels. /liliProvide feedback and help shape the product roadmaps by communicating client requirements and larger market trends. /liliOwn weekly reporting and quarterly revenue planning efforts for the accounts portfolio. /liliOwn a portfolio of global accounts relationships and manage stakeholders to exceed revenue goals. /liliWork closely with product teams and partners to navigate and launch product betas, partner integrations, and commercialization strategies. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliGood understanding of mobile APP ecosystem and experience interfacing with ad tech companies through a role at a DSP, SSP, Ad Network and Ad Exchange. /liliProven track record of success in driving revenue growth /liliFamiliarity with programmatic and DSP platforms. /liliAnalytical skills combined with great problem-solving abilities. /lili8+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on the mobile advertising industry /liliExperience building very strong personal relationships, overcoming tough issues in positive ways and building lasting inter-company partnerships. /liliExcellent teamwork and communications skills – both inside and outside the company. /liliHighly organized, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines and with great attention to detail. /liliFluent (written and spoken) English and know at least one European native language (written and spoken). /liliMust be based in Europe and have the ability to travel as needed /li /ulpbr/p
