Job Title: Account Manager – Levante BD Pyxis
Responsibilities
- Serve as a customer-facing product expert, educating physicians and nurses on the clinical advantages of the BD Pyxis and related product portfolio.
- Thoroughly understand product line features, benefits, and proof sources.
- Visit all customers within the assigned geographic area and monitor the tendering process and timing for the territory.
- Establish excellent relationships with all healthcare professionals and physicians in the territory.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional counterparts and the extended sales force, consistently communicating best practices.
- Identify new potential clients, analyze their clinical and technical requirements, define the project requisition, and build an economical offer for the client.
- Follow installations and adoption of the projects implemented in the client.
- Follow up and sell maintenance contracts, review pricing, and negotiate service requirements with clients.
- Provide solution‑oriented strategies to facilitate product adoption and accelerate sales growth.
- Successfully launch new devices developed or acquired by the organization in the assigned territory.
- Routinely update sales action plans and forecasts, and maintain administrative responsibilities in Salesforce.com.
Qualifications
- Desirable degree in commercial management, marketing with an emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience selling solutions for the automation of medication management in hospitals (especially SADME).
- Established business planning and forecasting experience.
- Relationship with key collaborators in Hospital Pharmacy.
- Experience selling to pharmacies and nursing in a clinical setting.
- English upper/intermediate proficiency.
Salary
€55,000 – €60,000 per year.
