Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (C2 level or native)
* Previous experience or training in IT technologies, especially Cloud services or tools such as Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Windows (valuable)
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
* Empathetic and professional approach to customer interactions
