At GammaUX we are looking for a CRM Specialist with experience in managing customer acquisition and retention campaigns. If you have between 3 and 5 years of experience in CRM, a data‑driven mindset and you like working to improve results, we want to meet you.
What you will do
* You will define the customer engagement model, translate business goals into lifecycle and retention journeys.
* Support clients in shaping CRM and loyalty programs that drive acquisition, cross‑sell, repeat engagement, and win‑back.
* You will work across channels such as email, SMS, app, web, social, call center, offline, and intermediary touchpoints, helping design campaigns, automated journeys, engagement mechanics, gamification concepts, and partnership‑based loyalty activations.
* You will also define KPI frameworks for engagement, retention, CLV/LTV, and reactivation, and use performance insights to continuously improve the program.
What we're looking for
* A fluid level of English is a must.
* Experience in tech communications, insurance, banking, retail, or other regulated/high‑consideration sectors is highly relevant.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
* Experience in churn prediction and loyalty models.
* Use of marketing automation and A/B testing.
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing.
