We ensure the safe and efficient mobility of vehicles and passengers, regardless of where the breakdown occurs. Our services are offered in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, and English.
As a customer service consultant, your responsibilities will include receiving and responding to phone inquiries from customers needing roadside assistance. Many customers may be in vulnerable situations, and our goal is to help and assist them effectively. You will often be the first point of contact when an incident occurs on the road.
We seek employees who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will be part of a larger team that supports each other. The role involves working with various systems to resolve challenges efficiently and assisting our partners in the insurance and automotive industries with questions related to roadside assistance.
The ideal candidate will possess :
* Experience in customer service
* Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
* Good knowledge of data, technology, and systems
* A clean criminal record
