Job Description
As a Business Analyst / Solution Designer, you are responsible for analyzing and solving problems related to our in-house business applications, as well as the design and implementation.
* Analysis and optimization of existing applications as well as support for the implementation and maintenance of our system.
* Align with the respective product owner and team members to understand the production incidents and business requirements from our customers.
* Documentation of progress and changes implemented.
* High interest in new technological developments and development of proposals for application in the company.
* Be eager to proactively expand knowledge regarding technologies that help to contribute to the delivery of our technical solutions.
Qualifications
1. Very good knowledge working with the software development lifecycle.
2. Good experience working with databases and SQL.
3. Experience working with SOAP / REST based APIs.
4. High willingness to learn and ability to build up know-how independently.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and accuracy.
6. Nice to have :
Experience working with ABS.
7. Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar project management tools.
