What You'll Do
* Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
* Identify and qualify B2B leads in Spanish-speaking markets
* Engage decision-makers and introduce digital solutions
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients
* Collaborate with account executives to convert opportunities into deals
* Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in CRM systems
* Apply structured lead generation and qualification methodologies
What We're Looking For
* C1/C2 Spanish (mandatory)
* English B2 or higher
* Minimum 2 years of cold-calling sales experience
* Strong understanding of business development and lead generation strategies
* Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising environments is a strong advantage
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
