Your New Role
As an Investment Operations Associate Director, you will:
* Manage securities transactions, payments, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with controls.
* Provide expert solutions to complex operational challenges and technical queries.
* Lead month-end closing activities and contribute to optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Support and train team members, fostering their development and maintaining high standards.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, asset managers, and custodians.
* Drive internal projects and initiatives, focusing on automation and efficiency.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; a Master’s degree in similar areas is preferred.
* 4-5 years of practical experience in investment operations, financial markets, banking, or insurance.
* Solid knowledge of traditional and non-traditional asset classes, risks, and markets.
* CFA certification or equivalent (highly valued).
* Analytical skills, complex problem-solving, leadership abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
* Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, asset managers, and custodians.
