Technical Support Engineer
Work Type - Contract
Location - Llanera, Spain (Two site to visit location - Aldeanueva, Ribadumia, Spain)
Work Mode - Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-level technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and other user devices.
* Troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, and application problems quickly and efficiently.
* Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security tools.
* Create and manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory or similar tools.
* Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and mobile devices for users.
* Support video meetings and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
* Keep IT equipment inventory and documentation up to date.
* Follow company IT security and data protection policies.
* Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
* Provide friendly and clear support to users, including basic IT training when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in IT or desktop support, working with Windows, Mac, or Linux systems.
* Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team.
