Job Description
Complete management and monitoring of workplace technologies, including end users device management, virtual desktops and collaboration/productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft rd level support, investigating, diagnosing and fixing complex incidents. Drive Continual service improvement plans, execute complex changes, recommend best practices to clients. Actively involved in migrations or infra upgrades, review and contribute in high level design documents, evaluating new products and recommending infrastructure solutions.
