**What success looks like in this role: **
- Setting up a Project Coordination Office (PCO) to act as the Integration Partner of the Contracting Authority and to assist in planning, execution and monitoring of different projects in scope of this FWC. The Lot 1 Contractor will enable the Contractors of other Lots to perform their activities by defining standards and processes together with the Contracting Authority’s Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), providing information on topics like the Project Management Methodology to be adopted, sharing knowledge, coaching, mentoring, performing quality assurance, creating and managing documentation (e.g., templates for Project Initiation Document, Reporting, etc.), managing dependencies across multiple projects and Contractors, etc.;
Setting up the organisation, processes, office infrastructure;
Setting up the network link with the Contracting Authority to access its ITSM tool;
Securing the knowledge required to provide the requested services (in particular, Systems-related knowledge);
Production of required Contractor-specific Security plans, standards, policies and guidelines (E.g.: Contractor’s Security Plan and BCP, ISMS Policy and Implementation Plan ) based on the input documents, guidelines and instructions provided by the Security Team.
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including 3 years or more as a Business Analyst;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in modelling and UML.
- Experience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment.
- Expert Knowledge of English is required (C1)
