Responsibilities
* Identify, approach, and close high-value deals with sports sponsors, agencies, and media partners.
* Lead sponsored content opportunities and commercial partnerships by leveraging our sports IP.
* Develop long-term relationships with sports advertisers, agencies, and partners to maximize revenue potential.
* Collaborate with content teams to design commercial offers that deliver measurable value for sponsors.
* Monitor market trends in sports sponsorship, entertainment, and digital media to identify new revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
* Over 10 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development or strategic partnerships within the sports sector.
* Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth, particularly with sports sponsors.
* Strong network of contacts within sports brands, digital agencies and media buyers.
* Experience in a digital sports agency is a strong plus.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and perform in fast-paced and demanding environments.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
