This role joins our Agriculture Customer Insights Team. It is a full-time, permanent position.The Client Success Manager will provide strategic insights and support our agricultural clients in delivering our market research services. Do you have a background in quantitative and qualitative research design, interpretation, and analysis of results? Do you have a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships? Do you have knowledge of the agricultural market? If so, we'd love to hear from you.What you will be doing
Client Success Management (45%):
Liaise with clients regularly, monitor data needs, and connect them with data solutions from our Sigma portfolio. Conduct client training sessions for new and existing users, tailoring sessions to individual needs to ensure maximum value.Track and update the Sigma client list, including key data gatekeepers and Sigma power users within client companies. Communicate new data releases, including summaries and insights. Collaborate internally to streamline communication and track client needs.Insights Reporting (35%):
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends and client needs. Leverage market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitors, and position products effectively. Generate insights from data, produce reports on trends and drivers, and present findings to clients.Data Analysis (20%):
Coordinate activities involving sigma TM Crop Subscription Services projects, ensuring high-quality data and timely support. Conduct research to update code lists, develop survey tools, and analyze data. Prepare presentations and ensure timely delivery of data projects.Who we are looking for
Strong understanding of agriculture and agronomic practices in key crops and markets.Knowledge of plant pathology, weeds, and pests related to agriculture.Familiarity with PC software, including Microsoft Office and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, or related field. Market research experience is a plus.Additional notes:
This role can be based in North America or Europe. The interview process involves 2 or 3 rounds via Microsoft Teams.
