We are currently looking for someone to join us to help achieve our mission: to improve rehabilitation for the benefit of patients and clinicians worldwide. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team that is constantly innovating for the benefit of our customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative, based in the Greater Valencia Metropolitan Area. In this position, you will focus on developing international markets, with a requirement for fluent English.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Build and run outbound sequences via LinkedIn, email and cold calls targeting our ideal customer profile (ICP) across key European markets.
- Book meetings and product demos with clinical decision-makers — this is your primary KPI.
- Track everything in HubSpot and report weekly on what's working by market.
- Attend 1-2 European rehabilitation congresses per year as part of the market development effort
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development to identify opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
- 1-3 years of B2B outbound or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or healthtech.
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and prospecting new clients, particularly in international markets.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
