Our Excellerate Global Leadership Program offers an outstanding opportunity to engage with strategic and global projects, develop leadership skills, and participate in an 18-month development program including a 6-month international rotation.
This program enables you to take initiative, collaborate across technology solutions, and gain practical insights into our business, stakeholders, and customers, including communication service providers worldwide.
Your journey begins as a Treasury Specialist at our Regional Treasury Center in EMEA, within the Treasury and Customer Finance Team.
What you will do:
* Support local companies with cash management, equity & liquidity structure, treasury compliance, and bank relations.
* Maintain regular contact with treasury professionals across different units.
What you will bring:
* Experience in a treasury function.
* Knowledge or interest in funding facilities and capital structures.
* Ability to interact credibly with internal and external stakeholders.
* High integrity and fact-based decision-making.
* Experience with treasury systems and an interest in automation and digitization.
* Understanding of international financial markets and macroeconomic trends.
* Good financial accounting knowledge.

Additional qualities include:
* BSc or MSc in Business Administration or equivalent.
* 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a large international organization.

* Strong communication skills; proficiency in English.
* Global mindset and willingness to relocate internationally.
* Curious, eager to learn, and collaborative.
