These technologies are at the heart of many production processes.For our Separation & Flow Technologies Divisionwe are looking for a Sales Manager Separation Equipment. Tasks:Meet order intake and sales annual expectations connected with Dairy and Beverage applications.Ensure all sales orders are negotiated with acceptable gross margin contribution according to defined targets.Keep existing customers and increase nowadays GEA Westfalia Separator market share with new customers for Dairy and Beverage applications.Support Head of Sales to define sales strategy for Iberia Beverage and Dairy New Machine market.Support Head of Marketing to define marketing strategy for Iberia Beverage and Dairy New Machine market.Manage, control and report whole offer project management process: contact customer, definition of scope with customers & Business Line, commercial discussions and support project execution.Prospect and cooperate with external partnersManage customer relationships.Support product development projects.Support Service Sales Business.Support Financial Department when customers are not up to date on payments.Your Profile / QualificationsUniversity Degree in EngineeringMin 3 years’ relevant experience in similar functionsKnow-how of state-of-the-art sales process, organization methods and tools (e.g. ordering, pricing, CRM) Proven skills in negotiation & contracting with customersUnderstanding of corporate financeEnglish (proficient)Deep understanding of business with developed focus on customer needs and fulfilment of customer expectationsOpen-minded and solution oriented, strong problem-solving skillsTeam player, good networker and negotiator Very good communication skills, strong salespersonStrong customer orientation - Ability to engage with customers at different levelAvailability to travelWe offer:A flexibleremunerationpackageWork-life balance hybrid working model as a combination of home-office and working in the office23 vacation days per yearGreat workenvironment as part of a collaborative team Internal training and career development opportunities at national and international levelBe part of a "Top Employer 2025" company.
