We're hiring a Product Lead and consulting leader to design and scale an enterprise Product Vertical within a technology strategy group—combining strategy, go-to-market support, and hands-on execution across AI, data and digital product work.
We expect a senior professional with several years in consulting, digital transformation or venture/build roles, with a history of launching service lines or verticals and leading cross-functional teams.
What is the mission of this role?
Accelerate the growth and quality of the Product Vertical by defining the proposition and delivery approach, steering engagements from discovery and validation through MVPs, automations and agent deployments, and partnering closely with Sales to build pipeline and revenue
You will hire and develop a high-performing team, safeguard delivery excellence and client outcomes, and manage budgets and commercials
Typical emphasis: business development (30%), vertical strategy and methodology (20%), and scoping plus delivery excellence (50%)
What are we looking for
7+ years of experience in consulting, design agencies, product labs or innovation agencies
Experience in product consulting
Product Management services (Product discovery and validation, Product strategy and roadmap definition, MVP definition and prioritization, User research and requirements management, Go-to-market,etc..)
Experience leading product teams and/or UX/UI teams
An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Experience working on AI-related projects
Based in Madrid or Barcelona
