Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior / Lead Community Manager to create, grow, and lead the community presence of our games, enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.
As a Senior / Lead Community Manager, you will have a high impact on the game by growing the community, organizing events, and channeling player feedback directly to developers. You will be the voice of the players, guiding development with their feedback and suggestions.
Responsibilities
* Initiate conversations with our community on Discord and social media, drive engagement campaigns, and create opportunities for connection through online and in-person events.
* Identify key community members, influencers, and sub-community leaders to foster collaborations and engagement initiatives.
* Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and provide insights for in-game improvements.
* Contribute to product strategy and develop a VIP community strategy to gather regular feedback from key user groups.
* Define, analyze, and report on community KPIs, strategies, and engagement plans, using data to optimize initiatives.
Requirements
* High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* 5+ years of experience in community management or ecosystem building.
* Proven track record in managing online communities, forums, or ambassador programs.
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Experience managing content for social media channels and forums (Instagram, Discord, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
* Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Falcon.io, and others.
