The Burgos plant is part of the European platform and the Methionine SBU. It is the only facility in Europe producing liquid Methionine and serves as an industrial benchmark both within the Group and in its external environment. With a workforce of nearly 200 employees, the Burgos plant has evolved over the years. Since 2018, in addition to producing Rodimet AT88, Burgos has also been manufacturing Rumensmart, a specialty product.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
* Assist in scheduling, executing, and following up on preventive maintenance activities.
* Collect and update technical records of maintenance interventions.
* Analyze Maintenance Data
* Support the collection and analysis of key maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, etc.).
* Contribute to reports on recurring failures and suggest improvement actions.
* Identify Opportunities for Cost Reduction and Process Optimization
* Collaborate on projects aimed at reducing operational maintenance costs.
* Help identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
* Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects
* Contribute to the implementation of technical upgrades for equipment and processes.
* Support research into new technologies and methodologies applicable to maintenance.
* Manage Documentation and Procedures
* Draft and update technical documentation for equipment and installations.
* Assist in standardizing procedures and maintenance checklists.
* Support Spare Parts and Resource Management
* Help monitor spare parts and tool inventory.
* Assist in identifying critical materials and optimizing stock management.
Qualifications
* Engineer training (Bac +4/5) in industrial maintenance or a related field.
* Proficiency in CMMS tools and maintenance software.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
* Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
