Sellers provide hundreds of millions of unique products, ranging from Books, Electronics, and Apparel to Consumables and more. The Unified Services for Selling Partners (USSP) aims to make seller services easy and trustworthy — from discovery to fulfillment, in one click. We envision a future where every Seller can easily discover, compare, and engage with high-quality, personalized, and cost-competitive third-party services needed to sell globally on Amazon. Our three-year plan is to create a single comprehensive platform for Sellers to access these services as needed.
Key job responsibilities
1. Track and monitor metrics for key features launched, drive feature adoption in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Share updates on goals and initiatives across leadership forums (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
3. Identify opportunities to invent and simplify processes, working with product and tech teams to develop initiatives in the product roadmap. Review and improve processes with partner teams. Collaborate with and manage internal and external partners involved in the end-to-end seller journey.
4. Work with Solution Providers to identify gaps and opportunities in our services and incorporate these insights into the product roadmap.
A day in the life
As the Product Operations Manager for our services, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the vision of building a global marketplace. Your focus will be on improving workflows and processes to enhance the seller experience in the Compliance space. You will collaborate closely with product, program, marketing, and tech teams to ideate and implement key features, and work with stakeholder teams to drive initiatives that delight our selling partners.
Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related fields.
* Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes for small and medium-sized businesses.
* Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
