We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead commercial operations for a leading logistics solutions provider. This senior leadership position is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships across Spain and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement the commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs.
* Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
* Minimum of 7 years’ commercial experience within the logistics or supply chain industry.
* Must be able to travel to the office, ideally 3 times per week.
* Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning.
* Strong understanding of logistics operations and market dynamics.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
* Willingness to travel across Spain as required.
